| 摘 要： | 将技术跨越理论与对高科技产业特征的分析相结合，提出了技术跨越战略的定义和中国高科技企业技术跨越战略实施过程框架，为中国部分已经具备一定资源和能力积累的高科技企业成功实施技术跨越提供具有现实意义的理论指导．在此基础上结合杭州海康威视数字技术有限公司在数字监控技术领域跨越式发展的案例，对以上理论框架进行分析和解释．

| Abstract: | Linking technological leapfrogging theory and the analysis on characteristic of high-tech industry, it puts forward the definition of technological leapfrogging strategy and the implementation framework for Chinese high-tech enterprises. It aims to offer some Chinese high-tech enterprises, which have accumulated enough resource and competence with practical guidelines to execute technological leapfrogging strategy. It also uses the case of the leapfrogging of Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology Co. , Ltd. on digital surveillance technology to further analyze and illustrate this theory framework. |
