试论高校政治辅导员的职业化岗位管理

研究如何建设一支高素质、强有力的政治辅导员工作队伍，对于做好高校思想政治工作有重要的现实意义。当前高校辅导员队伍和建设，存在发展定位不明确，工作性质不确定，职业发展空间小，队伍结构不合理，职业岗位声望低的问题。应通过科学的岗位设定、聘任、培养、转换、流动，探索建立辅导员职业化岗位管理机制，既保证个人得到全面发展，又使学校人力资源得到合理配置，实现人尽其才、才尽其用，建立一支高素质的有学生工作专业水平的辅导员队伍。

On the Professionalized Post Administration of the Political Tutors in Universities and Colleges

In order to conduct the ideological and political work well in universities and colleges, it is important to develop a qualified team of political tutors. This thesis analyzes the current situation of developing the team of political tutors in universities and colleges and points out some existing problems such as the uncertainty of development orientation, the ignorance of the nature of the task, the limitation on professional development, the unreasonable team structure and the low reputation of the team, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to set up a professionalized post administrative system for the political tutors through setting, engaging, cultivating, transferring and mobilizing the posts scientifically so as to guarantee the overall development of individuals as well as the rational allocation of human resources, thus build a qualified and professional team of political tutors in which everyone can make his or her role into full play.
