绿色发展视域下的绿色文化构建

绿色发展是一种新的发展模式。与传统发展模式相比较,绿色发展模式中的生产力、生产要素、经济评价方式及"人"的地位等方面都有了更为丰富的内容。绿色发展需要绿色文化的大力推动。构建当代绿色文化,需要从精神、物质与制度三个层面入手,不仅需要对传统文化进行辩证扬弃,更要对国外绿色发展的成功经验进行合理借鉴;不仅要有高屋建瓴的顶层设计,更需要全体民众的共同参与。

Constructing Green Culture under the Vision of Green Development

Green ctevetopment is a new development mode.Comparde with the traditional development mode,the green development mode has richer contents in aspects of productivity, factors of production, the evaluation standard of economy, and the status of ＂man＂. Green development needs the vigorously promotion from the green culture, which should be structured from three aspects, i.e. spirit, material and system, requiring not only absorb- ing of and abandons to the traditional culture but also learning lessons from the successful experience of the foreign countries, not only the designs of top leaders but also participation of all the people.
