学术社交网络中iSchool成员机构的学科交互关系研究

摘    要:目的/意义]学术社交网络吸引了众多科研人员参与并使用,对学术社交网络中的学科交互研究有利于促进科研人员利用学术社交网络开展非正式交流及跨学科合作。方法/过程]文章以ResearchGate(RG)为例,将iSchool成员机构作为研究对象,获取61所iSchool机构成员用户的交互关系数据,并对其中的2798所机构及其间所形成的30393条交互关系数据进行社会网络分析。结果/结论]从交互数量来看,iSchool成员机构在学术社交网络中的学科交互范围较广,但跨学科影响力有限,其跨学科交互情况反映了目前图情学科领域的跨学科研究趋势和研究热点;从交互关系网络来看,iSchool成员机构整体学科交互关系网络结构较为松散,网络还呈现出iSchool成员机构分别主要与人文与社会科学类和工程与技术科学类的机构产生交互关系的两种趋势。此外,对学术社交网络中交互关系的拓展和学术影响力的提高有利于科研合作的开展和学术声望的提升。

The Research on Disciplinary Interactions of iSchool Members in Academic Social Network
Abstract:Purpose/significance] Academic social network attracts many researchers to participate in and to use.The research on disciplinary interactions in academic social networks is conducive for promoting researchers’ utilizing of academic social networks for informal communication and interdisciplinary cooperation.Method/process] Taking ResearchGate(RG) as an example,this paper chose the iSchool institutions as the research object,obtained the interaction data from the members of 61 iSchools,and conducted social network analysis on 2798 institutions and 30393 interaction data.Result/conclusion] In terms of the number of interactions,iSchools have a wide range of subject interactions in academic social network,but their interdisciplinary influences are limited.The interdisciplinary interactions reflect the current interdisciplinary research trends and research hotspots in the field of library and information science.In terms of the relational network,the network structure of the disciplinary interaction of iSchools is relatively loose,and the network also presents two interaction trends:iSchools mainly interact with institutions of Humanities & Social Sciences and Engineering & Technology Sciences.In addition,the expansion of the interactive relationship in academic social networks and the increase of academic influence are conducive to the development of scientific research cooperation and the promotion of academic reputation.
