腰果酚醛缩胺铜聚合物的表征及其催化性能

摘    要:由腰果酚、甲醛、二乙烯三胺与CuCl2反应制备了腰果酚醛缩胺铜聚合物(PCDCu);采用红外光谱仪(FT—IR)、元素分析仪(EA)和热分析仪(TG)等对PCDCu的结构特征进行研究,并探讨了PCDCu催化乙酸-正丁醇酯化反应的特性。结果表明,腰果酚醛缩二乙烯三胺(PRc)分子结构中-OH、-NH-和-NH2等功能基与Cu^2+发生配位作用,形成含Cu—N、CU-O配键的高分子配位聚合物;PCDCu中Cu^2+易进一步接受电子戍为活性中心,使得它具有催化合成乙酸丁酯的性能,其酯得率较高,且重复使用性能好。

Abstract:The cardanol aldehyde-amine copper polymer (PCDCu) was prepared by the reaction of cardanol,aldehyde, diethylenetriamine and CuCl2.The structure was investigated by FT-IR,EA and TG,etc. Then the catalytic property of PCDCu for esterification between acetic acid and n-butyl alcohol was examined. The results indicate that coordination of Cu^2+ and functional groups such as - OH,-NH-,-NH2 in cardanol-aldehyde-diethylenetriamine copolymer(PCD) is occured, and Cu-N, Cu-O coordinate bonds are formed into complex polymer. The Cu^2+ of PCDCu is further easy to accept electronic and become active center, which result in catalytic property for synthesis of butyl acetate. The ester yield is high using PCDCu as catalyst, and the performance for reusability of PCDCu is good.
