网球教学中抽球动作的动力定型

摘    要:网球是一项技术性很强,动作规范性要求很高的运动项目。然而由于缺乏专业人士的指导和在学习时间上的间断性,导致不少初学者出现一些错误的动作。如何通过有效练习使错误动作得到纠正,正确动作得到巩固,使其网球基本技术有较大提高。本文就此问题进行了系统分析,并介绍了一些让规范的抽球动作得到动力定型的方法,供网球初学者参考。

Abstract:Tennis is a highly technical sport,which requires normative actions. However,the beginners always make mistakes for lack of professional conduct and the disconnection of learning time. Problems like how to correct the deficiencies and strengthen the right action for the purpose of improving in skill through effective practice were discussed in this paper and methods of dynamic stereotyping the smash action were also put forward for the beginner in learning tennis.
