| 摘 要： | 离岸金融市场是国际金融市场体系的重要组成部分,能够为非居民投资者和借款者提供国际性的借贷、投资、资本流动、贸易结算等金融服务,并且不受货币发行国金融法规管制。它所具有的独特优势使其在国际金融市场上发挥着越来越重要的作用。通过对离岸金融市场作用的分析,阐述了发展离岸金融市场的必要性。

| Abstract: | Offshore finance is an important part of the international finance market.It provides financial services to non-resident investors and borrowers,such as,international loan,investment,capital flow,and trade settlement,etc,not controlled by the financial law of the currency issuing country.With the unique advantages,it plays a more and more important role in the international financial market.The thesis sates the necessity of developing the market of offshore finance on the basis of analyzing the role of the market of offshore finance. |
