| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法,对福建省竞技田径后备人才的培养现状进行分析找出存在主要问题,从竞技田径后备人才培养的体制改革和制度创新为切入点,提出竞技田径后备人才可持续发展对策,为福建省竞技田径的可持续发展提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | Using literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and mathematical statistics method,analyse the cultivation of athletic supportive talents in Fujian and find out the main problem,frOm the point that the cultivation system reformation and innovation of athletic supportive talents,bring forward the sustainable development strategy about athletic supportive talents,offer a gist of sustainable development about Fujian athletics. |
