美国合作教育模式对我国职业教育的启示

摘    要:以美国的合作教育模式为切入点,比较了我国高职院校校企合作教育与美国的合作教育,我国高职教育存在缺乏有力的政策和法规支持、企业对校企合作积极性不高、服务功能不健全、没有形成长远的人才培养目标和校企合作机制等问题,基于美国合作教育在组织、立法、实施、经济方面的成功经验,我国高职教育应从法规制定、政策支持、健全机制、建设"双师型"教师队伍四个方面深化校企合作力度。

Abstract:Using American cooperative education model as breakthrough point,this paper compares school-enterprise cooperation in vocational colleges in China with which in America.There are several problems in China's vocational education,such as lacking of forceful policies and regulations support,low enthusiasm of enterprises,imperfect service function,lack of long-term talent cultivation aim and school-enterprise cooperative mechanism.Based on the successful experiences of American cooperative education model in organization,legislation,execution and economy,vocational education in China should deepen school-enterprise cooperation from four aspects,namely regulation enacting,policy supporting,mechanism perfecting and "double-qualification" teacher team building.
