| 摘 要： | NIIT是世界第二、印度第一大复合型IT人才培养机构.我国学者主要从课程体系、教学模式等方面对其进行了研究,本文从先进的教育理念、自主权、成熟的产业三方面揭示NIIT成功背后的理论基础、制度基础与社会基础等深层次原因,并讨论NIIT的人才培养对于印度高等教育体制的意义以及对我国职业教育的几点启示.
