论英语课的教学反思

摘    要:教学反思是教师对自己教学行为的思考与研究,是追求教学过程的合理性,促进自己的专业发展的行动。教学反思具有反省性、创新性、实效性、持续性和即时性等特点。英语课的教学反思,可以着重应用于:对课堂教学设计的合理性的反思、对教学目标的落实情况的反思、对教学过程的失误之处的反思,以及强化教学的成功经验等方面。

Abstract:Reflection on teaching refers to the fact that the teacher thinks about and does research on the teaching behavior.It is an action of the teachers going after the reasonable teaching process and promoting self-professional development.The reflection on teaching is characterized by reflectiveness,creativeness,effectiveness,persistence and spontaneousness.The reflection on English teaching includes: the reflection on the design of classroom teaching,the reflection on whether the teaching objective is fulfilled,on the faults from the teaching process and on how to apply successful teaching experience to later teaching.
