高职学前教育专业实践教学体系研究

摘    要:通过问卷法对营口职业技术学院学前教育专业实践教学情况进行调查,并通过访谈法对幼儿园园长及教师对实习学生的能力要求进行调查,了解高职学前教育专业实践教学目标、内容与实施、教学评价、实习单位反馈等实践教学现状,发现不足之处。为改革高职学前教育专业实践教学提出具有针对性的解决对策:完善校内实践教学目标、内容与实施体系;完善实践教学管理机制,加强师资队伍建设;完善实践教学评价考核机制。

Abstract:By using the method of questionnaire, this paper investigates the practice teaching situation of preschool education specialty in Yingkou Vocational and Technical College, and by using the method of interview, it investigates the ability requirements of kindergarten principals and teachers for the internship students, to understand the current situation of practice teaching of preschool education specialty in higher vocational colleges, such as teaching objectives,content and implementation, teaching evaluation, feedback from internship units, etc. In order to reform the practice teaching of preschool education in higher vocational colleges, some countermeasures are put forward: perfect the teaching goal, content and implementation system of campus practice;improve the management mechanism of practice teaching and strengthen the teaching team construction;perfect the assessment mechanism of practice teaching.
