| 摘 要： | 托克维尔认为宪政必须以宗教为前提。但从西方立宪史看，那些对宪政确立有奠基之功的思想家，如霍布斯、洛克和休谟等人对基督教并不看好。这样便产生了一个悖论：宗教如果对宪政至为重要，那么公认的支持宪政的思想家为何轻视宗教？合理的解释是：宪政并不存在宗教之维，怀疑论才是宪政的思想前提。

| Abstract: | Tocqueville thought religion was the pre-condition of Constitutionalism. But according to the history of We Constitutionalism, su dilemma-if religion is stern Constitutionalism, some thinkers ch as Hobbes, Lock and the key to Constitution who constructed the basic theory for not think high of these thinkers The right explanation is that Constitutionalism has no religious dimensio condition of Constitutionalism. |
