| Abstract: | The article analyzes the concept of human capital and its characteristics from the perspective of incremental value of human capital.It describes the funding channels and methods of human capital,and puts forward the management concepts of phased measurement for the financing cost of human capital and the whole process and dynamic analysis of financing structure of human capital. |
