对"以德治国"的几点思考

改革开放以来,我国"依法治国"方略深入人心,但道德建设却相对滞后.鉴于此,新世纪之初,江泽民同志提出"以德治国"的重要思想具有重大的理论意义和实践意义.新的历史发展时期更需要道德力量的支持,必须在批判地继承中国古代"德治"思想的基础上,确立新型的社会主义德治观.而加强"以德治国",关键还是要加强广大干部的"政德"建设,提高各级干部的道德素质.

Thoughts about Running a Country by Virtue

Since the reform and opening to the outside world, the general plan running a country according to law of our country has won support among the people, but the moral building has comparatively lagged behind. Because of that, at the beginning of the new century, Comrade Jiang Zemin put forward the important thought of running a country by virtue, which has great theoretical and practical significance. The new historical period of development needs the support of moral strength more, so the new type of socialist rule of virtue must be set up based on critically inheriting the Chinese ancient thought of rule of virtue. And to strengthen running a country by virtue, the key is to strengthen the building of political virtue of the great majority of cadres and improve the moral quality of cadres at all level.
