我国女性运动员性别角色冲突状况及对训练投入的影响

采用问卷调查、数理统计方法,探讨分析女性运动员性别角色冲突的特点及其对训练投入的影响。结果表明:1)我国女性运动员感受或体验到的性别角色冲突水平属于中等偏低,并存在年龄与项目特点差异;2)高冲突组在活力、专注因子平均得分及训练投入总均分上均显著性高于低冲突组,性别角色冲突与活力和专注之间存在显著性负相关,性别角色冲突可解释活力总方差的6.2%,对活力因子具有显著性的负向预测作用。

The Effects of Gender-role Conflict on Training Engagement of Chinese Female Athletes
