| 摘 要： | 运用网络链接分析方法,利用AllTheWeb与AltaVista两种搜索引擎,分别计算出中国大陆地区27个省会城市政府网站的总链接数、站外链接数、网页数以及总网络影响因子(WIFt)和站外网络影响因子(WIFe);并结合政府网站的特点计算出非政府网站链接数以及非政府网站网络影响因子(WIFc)、GDP网络影响因子(WIFg)、人口网络影响因子(WIFr)和人均GDP网络影响因子(WIFj).将这3种链接数与6种网络影响因子分别与政府网站排名得分进行相关性分析,初步确定总链接数可以作为评价政府网站的一项指标,并讨论了现阶段网络链接分析存在的一些问题以及未来的发展趋势.
