| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、现场调研法、问卷调查、数理统计等方法,对镇江市企业单位职工参加体育健身的现状进行了调查,对影响镇江市企业单位职工体育健身的因素进行了较为全面的、客观的分析。据此,提出了一些适合镇江市企业单位职工体质特征的科学健身方法,进而为全面提高镇江市企业单位职工的体质与健康水平,提供依据。

| Abstract: | Through literature method and so on material law,scene investigation and study law.questionnaire survey,mathematical statistic,participated in the sports fitness to the Zhenjiang enterprise unit staff the present situation to carry on the investigation,to affected the Zhenjiang enterprise unit staff sports fitness the factor to carry on has been comprehensive the objective analysis.Accordingo to the above.proposed some suit the Zhenjiang enterprise unit staff physique characteristic the science fitness method,then for comprehensively enhances the Zhenjiang enterprise unit staffs physique and the health standard,provides the basis. |
