| 摘 要： | 结合大学生健美操教学实践,对《大学生健美操》精品课程应用情况进行统计与分析。通过设立实验班与对照班,精品课程网络辅助教学与传统教学模式作对比,结果显示,精品课程网络辅助的教学模式下,克服了实践课教学的不足,增加了理论知识的学习且学生对网络课程应用的主观反映良好;学生学习成绩和学习效率有所提高,进行健美操创新性编排能力和综合应用能力得到提升,有利于同终身体育接轨。

| Abstract: | Through setting up experimental classes and control classes,this paper compared quality curriculum network-aided instruction with the traditional teaching model.The results showed that quality curriculum network-aided teaching mode can increase theoretical knowledge to the students and improve the students’ study efficiency as well as the students’ capacity to workout innovative aerobics movements. |
