| Abstract: | Evidence Study is a necessary course in modern law education.The teaching objectives are to fully expound the basic knowledge of evidence,flexibly use the three basic principles of procedural law and evidence to solve the problems of proof in litigation.To achieve this goal,the teaching must be closely around the courses features and content with different teaching methods. |
