韩国语教师资格证制度研究

2005年,韩国《国语基本法实行令》颁布,标志着韩国语作为外语教学教师资格制度正式建立。韩国语教师资格分为1、2、3级,1级为最高。韩国语教育副专业毕业生及韩国语教育培训课程结业者通过考试可获得3级证书。韩国语教育专业本科生、硕士生毕业后可获得2级证书。非韩国语教育专业毕业生须参加规定的培训课程并通过韩国语教育能力检定考试可获得3级证书。2级、3级证书获得者经过规定的时间和教学经历可晋升为更高等级。

A Study on the Qualification Certificate System of Teachers Teaching Korean Language

In 2005,South Korea promulgated the Order for Implementation of National Language Basic Law,which marking that the system of qualification certificate for teachers teaching Korean language as a foreign language was established officially.There are three levels of qualification certificate as follows: level 1,level 2,level 3,and level 1 is the superlative level.Graduates who minor in teaching Korean as a foreign language or who take part in the training courses of teaching Korean as a foreign language may get level 3 certificate if passing the test.College undergraduates and postgraduates majoring in teaching Korean as a foreign language can get level 2 certificate after they graduate.Graduates who do not major in teaching Korean as a foreign language may get level 3 certificate if they participate in the training courses and past proficiency exam of teaching Korean as a foreign language.Level 2 or level 3 Certificate holders can be promoted to the upper rank after they have prescribed teaching time and teaching experience.
