基于和谐发展机理的西部生态脆弱贫困区优势产业测评

西部生态脆弱贫困区的和谐发展是国家全面建设小康社会的重要组成部分。本文界定了西部生态脆弱贫困区的概念的基础上,分析了西部生态脆弱贫困区的特点,并针对生态脆弱贫困区经济社会发展的突出问题,探讨西部生态脆弱贫困区和谐发展的机理,结合发展机理探讨该区域优势产业培育的测评模型,提出了测评其优势产业发展状况的四级测评指标体系,并在此基础上进行了相应的实证研究。

The harmonious development of ecologically vulnerable area in west China is the important part of national project on building a well-off society.The paper gives the definition of ecologically vulnerable area in west China and analyzes the features of it.Against the economic and social development outstanding problems of ecologically vulnerable area in west China,the paper discusses the harmonious development mechanism of the area to build its evaluation mod- el,and then brings the four evaluation system to test its development.
