中国传统体育文化遗产法制化保护

就非物质文化遗产的法制化保护如何根据我国传统体育文化的自身特性进行保护等问题，采用文献资料法等方法进行了分析研究。结果表明：我国传统体育文化遗产保护的法律文件，这在很大程度上制约着中国传统文化遗产的保护工作。并提出了：我国传统体育文化遗产法制化保护中存在着保护法律法规欠缺、法律保护教育匮乏等问题的改进建议。

Analyze Questions and the Influencing Factors Existing in the Legalizing Protection about Chinese Traditional Sports Culture Heritage

The non -material cultural heritage＇s legalizing protection proposes the new task about how to protect Chinese traditional sports culture according to its own characteristic. So far,the legal documents aiming at specially protecting the Chinese tradition sports cultural heritage are still in short. This restricts the protection work to a great extent. As a result,the article analyzes questions and the influencing factors,and this will be very useful in protecting, demonstrating,and spreading the legalizing protection about Chinese traditional sports culture heritage.
