| 摘 要： | 数学素质教育与考试有联系,但是数学素质教育不应该是提高考试水平的关键,影响考试水平的因素除了与数学有关的数学“双基”、能力、品质,应该还有：试题因素、心理和生理素质、针对考试的技能;数学素质教育与考试的关系存在目标不完全一致、考试内容不可能同步;对于学生素质教育的评价仅通过数学考试是不可能实现的。

| Abstract: | There was contact between mathematics quality education with test, but mathematics quality education was not a key for improving achievement of test. There was factor of achievement with quality of mentality and body, skill for test besides "two-bases", ability and character. Mathematics quality education differ from test in goal and content. Evaluation for student's quality couldn't be entirely by test. |
