| 摘 要： | 通过对数字图书馆联盟建设的动向与趋势的分析,实体数字图书馆建设形态的归纳,提出新时势下将会产生联盟运作型的实体数字图书馆,它强调多方面整合,提供标准化的数字图书馆服务体系,必将与长尾效应结合,成为中小型图书馆数字化建设的首选,对数量庞大的中小型图书馆数字化建设发挥积极作用.
