| 摘 要： | 在美国研究型大学形成与发展的过程中,基金会起到了不可替代的作用.它们不仅为研究型大学的发展提供了大量的资金,也推动了研究型大学的科学研究、知识生产和人才培养.本文以时间为序对基金会在美国研究型大学发展过程中的作用进行了探讨.
