| 摘 要： | 瓷砖模具的寿命主要取决于衬板的质量.文章对比了整体式衬板和镶嵌式衬板的优缺点,从原理上分析深冷处理对镶嵌式衬板中镶条性能的影响并与整体式衬板进行比较.试验结果显示,镶条材料适当的情况下,镶嵌式衬板使用寿命普遍高于整体式,且对于镶条的深冷处理温度在-160℃以上,保温时间2～4h最适宜.

| Abstract: | The life of ceramic tile mould is mainly depended on the quality of liner plate.In this paper,the advantage and disadvantage of whole liner plate and enbedded liner plate is compared in details and the effect of sub-zero treatment to the inserted strip of enbedded liner is analyzed theoretically.The experiment shows that the service life of enbedded liner is often higher than the whole ones when the material of inserted strip is properly selected.It is suitable for the inserted strip to soak for 2 to 4 hour... |
