福建省武术社会指导员现状调查研究

本文采用文献调研、问卷调查和数理统计方法。对福建省武术社会体育指导员现状进行了调查研究。经调查发现当前福建省武术社会指导员存有年龄结构普遍偏大，文化素质相对偏低，特别是体育专业毕业人才匮乏；职业化程度不高，多为义务教授和推广；指导员武术知识结构单一，掌握和推广内容单调；教授对象老龄化严重等诸多问题，并提出相关建议以期推动武术事业更好的发展。
