论知识经济时代高校青年教师英才培养的使命与途径

知识经济时代的竞争实质上就是对拥有创新意识、创新技能和创新实践的创新型人才的竞争。创新是高校在知识经济社会中保证自身地位的根本生命力,青年英才培养是高校自身及其在国家创新人才培养体系中的使命与最高要求。当前,受市场经济条件下功利因素的影响青年教师培养及发展现状失衡,高校应在青年英才观的指导下,以知识的生产、传播、继承和人才培养为己任,完善培养制度,倡导学术自由,构建培养机制,从文化与制度层面完善青年教师英才培养的途径。
