| Abstract: | The whole-process employment guidance is a new period of employment work of urgent need,the colleges and universities that have the characteristics of the mining industry should take the transition of employment guidance work as the guarantee,aim at the mind and occupation development characteristic of different grades of students,we should divided the grade,stage for guidance,and run through the career guidance work to each link the of school education. |
