| 摘 要： | 非公有制经济包括个体经济、私营经济、外资经济、合资经济、股份经济等经济成份。非公有制经济是推动我国经济发展的重要力量之一，在经济社会协调发展方面发挥着重要作用。非公有制经济的政治法律环境还存在许多问题，阻碍和限制了非公有制经济进一步的发展。加快建立较为完善的法律体系、努力改善政治法律环境是确保非公有制经济健康发展的必由之路。

| Abstract: | Non-public-owned economy includes individual,private,foreign-owned,and joint - venture economy,which speeds up the economic development and plays an important role in the coordinate development of economic society. However, there exist many problems in the political and legal enviroment. These problems blocks further development. Therefore,it is necessary to step up a perfect legal system,and to improve political and legal environment. |
