| 摘 要： | 为了保障我国大众健身的健康发展,从法制的角度阐述我国大众健身的问题。随着社会经济的发展关于大众健身中的法律法规也应不断的完善,建议有关部门尽快出台体育组织管理法律法规以及体育场地、器材管理法律法规等,用规范的法律操作标准和处理依据来解决和处理大众健身中存在的问题,以此来保障居民享有体育的权利,使其更加规范、健康发展。

| Abstract: | With the social and economic development on the public health in the laws and regulations should also be continuously improved.The proposed sports organization and management departments as soon as possible the laws and regulations,sports venues,equipment management laws and regulations.With the normative legal basis of performance standards and process to address and deal with problems in public health as a way to protect the rights of residents to enjoy sports to make it more standardized and healthy development. |
