| 摘 要： | 全面提高大学生的身体素质和心理健康水平,是当下国家教育体制改革需要解决的重要问题。文章首先分析了高校体育教学中HQ的培养现状和意义,然后系统论述了高校体育教学中HQ的培养方法,希望能对高校体育教学中培养学生的健康素质提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Improve physical and mental health of college students,is the national education system reform of the important problems need to be solved.This paper analyzes the HQ cultivation in colleges and universities sports teaching present situation and the significance,then system cultivating HQ in university sports teaching method are discussed,hope can in the sports teaching in colleges and universities to cultivate students＇ health quality. |
