| Abstract: | This paper taking the special group of sports tourism managers as the research object, according to the current situation and existing problems of the sports tourism development, analyzes the important role of sports tourism managers in the sports tourism development and management, based on these studies on the connotations and characteristics of sport s tourism managers, and at the same time puts forward some countermeasures to the cultivation of sports tourism manage ment talents in the future. |
