摘 要: | 目的:通过对6名在校大学生在亚高原地区田径场进行中、长跑运动,研究中、长跑运动对血细胞参数的影响。方法:采用瑞典Swelab Alfa全自动血细胞分析仪测试被试安静状态和运动后的手指末梢血的血细胞值。结果:运动后血液中白细胞的含量显著上升(P〈0.01),红细胞值较安静状态无显著差异,血红蛋白值较安静状态无显著差异。结论:亚高原地区中、长跑运动对大学生的血细胞参数能产生一定的影响,尤其是对白细胞影响最为显著。

A Study on Effect of Using Blood Cell Parameters to the Physical Training of Monitor College Students in Sub-plateau Region |

Abstract: | Objective]: To study the effect of mid -distance and long -distance running on the blood cell parameters through studying on 6 college students who have mid-distance and long-distance running in the athletic field in the sub-plateau region. Method]: To use Swiss Swelab Alfa full-automatic blood cell analysis meter to examine finger peripheral blood cell value before and after exercise.Results]: The white blood cell goes up critically after exercise(P〈0.01), the red blood cell value has not apparently change(P〉0.05), and the hemoglobin value has not apparently change(P〉0.05).Conclusion]: Each data which got from experiments shows that mid-distance and long-distance running in sub-plateau region have certain effect on the blood cell parameters of college students, especially on the white blood cell. |
