| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查、逻辑分析、数理统计等研究方法,针对优秀武术套路运动员退役就业安置存在的问题以及影响因素进行系统研究.结果:存在的问题有相关就业技能缺乏、文化教育投入不足、缺少专业和个性化的就业指导.主要影响因素为文化水平限制、提供的就业岗位有限、社会经验不足、其它技术知识技能的限制及运动成绩.

| Abstract: | With the methods of literature,interview,questionaire,logic analysis,statistics,systematic research was carriey out on the topic of emplyment installment and correlated factors for the retired Wushu styleforms atletes.Results show that the main problems are including lack of technique for employment,education investment,professional and individual guidance,the main influent factors are limitations of culture and education,restricted employment position,lack of social experience,etc. |
