当代江西民俗体育发展的构想

为了深入研究不同地域的民俗体育文化，进一步发挥民俗体育在当代社会发展中的作用，主要采用文献、逻辑分析等方法，对当代江西民俗体育的发展进行了深入探讨。研究结果表明：江西民俗体育丰富多彩，大多数项目具有强身健体的功效，其中休闲类项目也不少，如果开发和利用得当，这些民俗体育对推动大众体育、休闲体育、甚至学校体育都具有积极的作用。建议：保护与传承民俗体育文化，对民俗体育的文化价值要有足够的认识；把民俗体育与江西旅游业相结合，主要把民俗体育与节庆、旅游进行互动，增加趣味性和休闲性；加强对江西特色民俗体育的挖掘和整理，打造具有鲜明地域色彩的民俗体育文化。

The Vision of the Development of Jiangxi Folk Sports

To make deeper research on folk sports in different districts and further the role that Jiangxi folk sports played in the development of modem society. The methods such as documents,logistic analysis etc were used to discuss the modem development of Jiangxi folk sports. There are a variety of Jiangxi folk sports. Most of them have the effect of keeping fit and many of them also are leisure sports. If explored and used properly,they will play a positive role in promoting the development of public sports and leisure sports,even school sports. To protect and inherit folk sports culture ,first we should update our minds and fully understand the culture of folk sports. Folk sports are combined with Jiangxi tourism, ie folk sports interact with festivals and tourism to increase the fun and leisure. And we also need to strengthen the exploration and collation of folk sports with Jiangxi features and build the culture of folk sports with distinct geographical color.
