中华绵缓运动对老年人身心健康的有利因素

摘    要:绵缓运动是以绵长柔缓为基本运动特征的较长时间的低强度运动,是适度负荷运动之一族,包括导引运动、太极运动和舞武运动,它们显著的健身效果原自于其深厚的东方哲学基础、心理学基础、人体生命科学基础以及完整的技术体系与技术方法,其基本行为特点为:松软自然、意气相随、圆活和顺、松紧适度及延绵徐缓。对老年练习者可以达到增强抵抗能力,改善身体机能及防病治病的功效。

Abstract:Mianhuan sport is a low-intensity one needing relative long time which basic characteristic is soft.10ng and slow. It's a sport with moderate burden which includes leading movements, Taiji, dancing and Wushu. Their remarkable exercising effect originates from deep oriental philosophy, psychology, life science and whole technical system and methods. Its essential features are:1 relaxing, soft and natural 2 will and spirits following together 3 round, flexible and smooth 4 temperately loose and tight 5 prolonging,soft and slow. It can increase resistance 0f the senile practices, improve the body's function and prevent diseases.
