Discursion About the Gui System of The Tang Dynasty

In the history of China,the Tang Dynasty has been considered to be one of the prosperous eras.In this era,the empire became more and more powerful and prosperous.The culture developed very well too.Much new politics and economy system and many management methods appeared in this era to harmony with the new situation.Some of them played an important role in the future.The system of Gui just was one example of them.It was started in the Wu Zetian period,and its name,appearance and the methods deal with the letters which was sent in.It were developed with the situation always.So the institution and the people in charge of Gui changed too.Recognizing the system is necessary for us to understand our history.
