亳州地区菊花中重金属含量的测定

摘    要:采用石墨炉原子吸收法和火焰原子吸收法测定亳州地区菊花中铅、镉、铜的含量,采用原子荧光法测定砷、汞的含量。结果表明,亳州地区不同乡镇菊花中重金属含量有差异但均符合我国《药用植物及制剂进出口行业绿色标准》中重金属限量指标的规定。本实验检测亳菊花中重金属含量既为亳菊花的质量评价及其发展道地药材生产提供资料,同时也为提升亳菊花的声誉提供依据。

Analysis of Heavy Metal Content in Paeoniae Radix Alba at Bozhou

Abstract:To analysis the heavy metals content in chrysanthemum of Bozhou,the contents of lead and cadmium are detected using Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry.The content of copper is detected using Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry.The contents of arsenic and mercury are detected using Atomic Fluorescence Spectrophotometry.The results showed that the heavy metals contents are different in different regions of Bozhou but conform to the regulation which the Green trade standards of importing medicinal plants and the preparations make.The research provides a valuable material for quality assessment and developing genuine medicinal materials in Bozhou.In addition,it can provide the basis for enhancing the reputation of the chrysanthemum in Bozhou.
