中国女子皮艇队高原训练的实验研究

摘    要:通过对国家女子皮艇队高原训练的实验研究,表明:(1)高原训练不能提高人体的无氧代谢能力,反而使速度能力降低,但可有效地提高人体的有氧代谢能力;(2)高原训练可使人体Hb、RBC明显升高,可有效地改善人体的造血功能和氧的运输能力;(3)初次上高原训练时,人体T、C均明显下降,机体消耗增大,并发生应激反应;再次上高原训练时,人体T无明显变化,C明显降低,从而使T/C值明显升高;(4)改变高原训练的强度并不能改变高原训练的效果。

Abstract:The experimental study on the training at altitude of Chinese Women's Canoeing Team shows that. (a) Training at altitude cannot help to improve the anaerobic metabolizing capacity of humane body, but cripple its speed capacity and it can help to improve the aerobic metabolizing capacity of humane body. (b) High altitude training can greatly improve Hb and RBC in humane body and its blood-creating capacity and oxygen transportation capacity. (c) The first altitude training will cause T and C in the body to decrease apparently, to consume a lot of energy and bring about stress reaction. The second altitude training will not cause apparent changes to T,but great changes to C,which cause the value of T/C raised. (d) The change of the intense of training at high altitude will not cause the change of training effect.
