| 摘 要： | 目前,我国优秀女子铁饼运动员的成绩与世界一流水平相比,存在不少差距。本文将第6届全运会优秀女子铁饼运动员的技术动作分为4个时相,对其运动学特征进行解析,为改进技术动作、提高运动成绩提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | At present, there still exists an obvious difference in performance between the Chinese elite female discus throwers and the world first-class ones. In view of such situation, the technical movements of the female discus throwers participating in the 6th National Sports Games were divided into four time phases and the kinematic feature of each one was analysed in this paper, thus providing the quantitative analytic data for the improvement of performance. |
