| 摘 要： | 通过对中外女子跳远运动员有关运动学技术参数的对比分析，对提高我国女子跳远成绩的有效途径进行了探讨。认为提高绝对速度能力是提高跳远成绩的前提，提高运动员快速的起跳能力是关键，提高起跳动作的各环节质量对提高跳远成绩有重要促进作用。
