| Abstract: | According to the reality of the construction of university and department archives,this article analyzes and elaborates the important function of the archives as being kept for records and history,material for reference,education and teaching evaluation.The article also investigates the management problem of archives as of no essential role of responsibility,no management standard,no working facility,and its harmfulness.The author puts forwards some methods to strengthen the construction of the archives. |
