| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、访谈法和问卷调查法研究了黑龙江省冰雪项目社会体育指导员队伍现状,对黑龙江省冰雪项目社会体育指导员的总体数量、性别、年龄结构、文化程度、指导工作情况等进行了分析,旨在为黑龙江省冰雪项目社会体育指导员的发展提供参考。

| Abstract: | This paper uses the methods of literatures,questionnaires and interview to investigate the present situation of ice and ski social sports conductors in Heilongjiang province.And analyzed their sums,sex,age,educational achievement,employment status and so on,in order to provide some references for the development of social sports conductors. |
