With the development of the sports globalization process accelerate ceaselessly,Heilongjiang province in the future will be more extensive participation in the international competitions contractors,for athletes＇ English level raised taller requirement.This article elaborated the Heilongjiang Province ordinary university high level athletes of the English teaching situation,from reforming teaching aims,teaching methods,develop the teaching contents,improve the teaching evaluation are put forward from the aspects of strengthening Heilongjiang Province ordinary high level athletes in universities and Colleges English teaching countermeasures.
