摘    要:目的:探讨长期的冬泳锻炼对中老年人血糖代谢的影响及其调节。方法:15名中老年冬泳锻炼者作为冬泳组,11名同年龄段无系统体育锻练的中老年人作为对照组,对空腹血糖、血清胰岛素和C肽含量进行比较。结果:与对照组相比较,冬泳组空腹血糖和血清胰岛素含量显著升高,而血清CP含量虽有升高趋势,但无显著性差异;与此同时,冬泳组ISI显著降低,而HOMA-IR显著升高。结论:在冬泳锻炼期间,中老年人可能产生一定程度的胰岛素抵抗,从而引起血糖浓度的增加。

Effects of Winter-swimming Training on Blood Glucose Metabolism and its Regulatory Mechanism in the Middle and Elderly

Abstract:Objective:In order to explore the effects of the long-term winter swimming training on blood glucose metabolism and its regulation in middle and elderly peoples.Methods:15 middle and elderly peoples who took part in Winter Swimming regularly as winter swimming group,11 same age peoples who did not take part in exercise regularly as the control group,the fasting blood glucose,serum insulin and C peptide concentrations were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,fasting blood glucose and serum insulin concentrations in winter swimming group increased significantly.Serum CP content had a increase tendency,but there was no significant difference.At the same time,insulin sensitivity index(ISI)decreased and homeostasis model assessment-IR index(HOMA-IR)increased significantly in winter swimming group.Conclusion:In winter swimming period,the middle and elderly people might have a certain degree of insulin resistance,resulting in the increase of fasting blood glucose concentrations.
