哈尔滨体育学院冰雪人才培养国家重点实验室建设的可行性

提高冰雪体育项目水平,使我国的冬、夏季体育并行发展是我国真正走上体育竞技强国的关键,黑龙江省是冰雪资源大省,哈尔滨体育学院是我国冰雪运动人才培养的主要基地。建设冰雪人才培养国家重点实验室,以冬季奥运会项目的科学研究和发展我国冰雪体育产业的科学研究为重点,针对我国冰雪运动项目科学研究能力不足和我国冰雪体育人才不足等现状,提出突出学院冰雪特色、加强教师队伍建设、完善学院基础建设等途径,以及发展我国冰雪体育产业的科学研究和冬季奥运会项目的科学研究等研究方向,为我国的冬季体育项目人才培养提供理论支撑。
