后压浆技术在PHC管桩工程中的应用

摘    要:从后压浆技术的概念提出及其机理分析入手。结合实际桩基工程中后压浆技术的应用与现场检测。探讨后压浆技术在PHC管桩工程事故处理和加固等方面的机理作用及效果。通过注浆前后试验结果对比。阐明后压浆技术能提高持力层地基承载力及桩侧摩阻力,改善桩身质量和桩的荷载传递性能。使桩基综合承载力大幅度提高,并缩短工期。

Abstract:Starting from the notion and the mechanism of back grouting technology, and based on practical application and on-site examination, this paper analyzes the mechanism of back grouting and its effect on the bearing capacity improvement of PHC piles, settlement control, and pile foundation accident handling. The paper elaborates on the improvement effect of back grouting methods on the physical and mechanical characteristics of piles butt bearing layer and lateral soil through a comparison of two groups of testing data. It also illustrates the quality improvement of pile shaft and the characteristics of load-transfer that in turn enhances the total bearing capacity of pile foundation with reduced construction period.
