| 摘 要： | 大量研究表明,人力资本是决定一个国家经济增长和现代化进程的关键变量。在我国,农村人力资本积累状况很难适应农业现代化和经济发展的需要。笔者根据人力资本理论,阐明了农村人力资本积累的作用,分析了我国农村人力资本积累的现状及存在的主要问题,揭示了我国农村人力资本积累缓慢的原因。

| Abstract: | Extensive studies have shown that human capital is a key variable that decides the economic growth and the course of modernization of a country. In China the present state of the accumulation of human capital in the rural area can hardly meet the requirements of the agricultural modernization and the economic growth. Applying the theory on human capital, the author of this paper expounds the effect of the accumulation of human capital in the rural area , analyses the present state and the chief problems of the accumulation of human capital in the rural area in China and finally reveals the reason why the accumulation of human capital is slow. |
